Best Ways to Save Open Files of Designs from Loss

I still remember that fateful day when I lost all the source files for my old work. After I copied it to my computer and to an external flash as well, I thought I was safe from losing it, but for God's sake, the computer failure coincided with the corruption of the files in my flash drive. Based on this experience, it was necessary to search for new solutions, which I will share with you in this post. We start with God’s blessing:

• Inside the computer itself: It is definitely necessary to memorize and organize the works inside the computer, for easy access and modification. It is also a backup copy, although it is the most vulnerable to loss.

• External hard disk: The second method is through an external hard disk or flash memory, which is the most popular and easiest method.

• Discs: Yes, files can be burned on a disc - CD or DVD - and placed in a safe place, so that they will not be scratched.

• Cloud storage services: It is one of the best or most secure methods, in short, a flash memory, but on the Internet. One of its most important features is the ability to access files from anywhere via the Internet. The most famous of these services are Google Drive from Google, OneDrive from Microsoft, and the most famous service in this field DropBox, and there are many others. Although these services are provided by international companies, they are not 100% safe, and this is explained in the service policy of these companies. Your account may also be closed at any time for violating the terms or others. Therefore, it should not be completely relied upon.

To achieve the greatest degree of security, you must use as many of these methods as possible for the same files, and it is okay to repeat some methods, such as having one or more hardskin, or using more than one cloud storage service. Personally, I use all of these methods except for the cylinders, I haven't tried them yet! I rely heavily on cloud storage services, specifically Google Drive.
